If you want to travel by airplane, chances are that you want to spend less money doing it, even if you have plenty of them, because a saved buck from airline ticket can be used in other ways when you have reached your destination.
It does not matter if oil prices are lower than one year ago, prices are still high and we want to be able to save the more we can.

Before now, if you wanted to spend less for air travel you had to go on a route of checking travel agents one by one, shop by shop, in an endless quest for the perfect bargain, losing a lot of time and often missing the good deals. Now, with the web, you can check all the travel agents or airline companies you want, from your hose, without spending a dime in gs and parking fees. In this way, you will save time, that is precious, and money, and you will be always updated of the latest offers. A lot of sites will permit you to compare those offers, displaying them in front of you in easy to read rows, so you can check the offer that better suits you at a glance. Anyway, there is something you got to know when you start your quest for dirt cheap airline tickets online. Let me give you a tip on what day is the best to purchase airline tickets. The best day is Wednesday. You have to stay up on Tuesday until Wednesday arrives, and, starting from around 1am, you will see a lot of good fares. So maybe you'll miss some sleep, but you will be saving money that you'll never spare if you checked only during day. Another tip is to act fast. If you see a bargain, try to buy it as soon as possible, because online there will always be someone that is acting fast and you can see your precious low cost travel fade away as you think too much about it. Also be aware that there can be some hidden fees, like taxes and others, that may raise up the cost of the ticket. It's in the news, for instance, that RyanAir will start to charge one pound for using the airplane toilet. So be aware that the offered price can be higher sometimes. A good idea is to reserve your ticket at least 3 weeks ahead departure date. If you want to fly during holidays you should consider booking even earlier, as the nearer became holidays, the more airline tickets will cost.
